Wheelchairs/scooters and other durable medical equipment are available through various rental companies for our visitors.
K&M Rentals - Open 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. Telephone Number:
407-363-7388. They deliver beginning at 8:30 am – 6:00 pm. If it’s an emergency they
will make an exception to delivery earlier or later. It takes approximately 45 – 1 hour
from the time of the rental for the wheelchair to be delivered to the hotel.
APRIA Healthcare – open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Telephone
Number: 407-291-2229. They only deliver to APRIA patients. If it’s not a discharge
from a hospital it typically takes 24 hours for the wheelchair to be delivered.
CARE Medical– open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm/Deliver 7 days a
week from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and someone is on call 24 hours a day. Telephone
number: 407-856-2273. They are located on Disney property and drivers have a
schedule route they follow. Estimated timeframe to deliver wheelchair is 2 hours.
Florida Mobility Products – Open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Saturday
from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Telephone Number: 407-363-3535. No delivery on
weekends. Deliver up to 7pm – 8pm at night. Estimated timeframe to deliver
wheelchair is 2 – 3 hours.
Walker Medical – Open7 days a week from 7:30 am – 8:00 pm. Telephone Number:
407-518-6000. Delivery time is 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Average timeframe to deliver is 30
– 60 minutes.
