Loaner Wheelchair / Scooter Sponsor: $2,500
Sponsor will receive a 10X10 booth space plus directional signage at the registration area, bridge from garage and entrance of Expo Hall; Your company name will be prominently displayed on specifically designated signage at the Expo and prominently displayed on the Expo website during the months leading up to the show.

Wheelchair Tune-up Sponsorship: $2,000
Sponsor wheelchair tune-ups and minor repairs for all Independence Expo attendees. Your company name will be prominently displayed on specifically designated signage at the Expo and prominently displayed on the Expo website during the months leading up to the show.

NEW! Independence Expo PARKING Sponsorship: $1,500
As an Independence Expo Parking sponsor, Expo guest will have to stop by your booth to have their parking ticket validated for FREE parking. This is a great opportunity to meet with expo attendees one on one.

Sponsor advice on accessible travel for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility impairments. Your name will be prominently displayed at this booth. Also, special signage acknowledging sponsorship will be displayed at Travel related workshops.

Sponsor UsersFirst, the most innovative, and informative presentation on wheelchair choices and options for the consumer. Your company name and logo will be placed on special signage as a sponsor, plus posted on the Expo website during the months leading up to the show.

NEW! Adaptive Recreation & Sports Sponsor: $1,000
Sponsor the adaptive recreation and sports demonstrations for the active Expo attendee. Your company name will be prominently displayed on specifically designated signage at the Expo and prominently displayed on the Expo website during the months leading up to the show.

NEW! Wheel of Fortune Sponsor: $1,000
Everyone likes to take a chance. That’s why you should take a chance and become a sponsor of our Independence Expo “Wheel of Fortune.” Every hour during the Expo show (Day 1 & 2), Expo attendees will have an opportunity to win an exciting prize. Your company name & logo will be placed on all Wheel of Fortune promotional materials and Expo website in the months leading up to the show. You’ll also have an opportunity to distribute one company item at this booth location.

“Just Relax”: $1,000
Help Expo attendees relax while they’re at the show by sponsoring the ‘Massage Therapy’ chair. Your company name & logo will be placed as a sponsor on specially designated signage as well as on the Expo website, ENewsletter and promotional materials as the Massage Therapy sponsor.

Workshop Sponsor: $500
Sponsor any one of our informative and exciting lifestyle enhancing workshops. Topics include: Travel, Wellness, Active Living, Research & Education, Service Animals just to name a few. Your company name will be prominently displayed on specifically designated signage at the Expo and prominently displayed on the Expo website during the months leading up to the show.

Independence Expo Bag Insert: $500
Make sure your message directly gets into the hands of our attendees. One, single item (less than 3 pages) from your company will be inserted in each Expo tote bag, provided to all attendees.
